This was the newsletter of the original Fayette County Civic and Welfare League.  Charlie Butts, then a student at Oberlin College, worked with Minnie Jameson, the secretary of the league from 1959 to approximately 2001, to create the first  newsletters.  Jameson, with the assistance of others, continued to publish this newsletter during the pivotal moments of the movement.
